WINTER 2024 DEADLINES
The administrative deadlines for Winter 2024 Faculty-Led Programs are listed below. Please note that some programs may have slightly different deadlines depending on contractual commitment for program arrangements. All deadlines are subject to change.

| Non-refundable $500 deposit DUE* (France only) | September 15-20, 2023 |
| Non-refundable $500 deposit DUE* (Austria, Costa Rica, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam) | September 22-28, 2023 |
| FLP Course Registration in MySJSU* | October 9-17, 2023 |
| Full Payment DUE | October 18, 2023 |
| Complete Student Health Form | October 19-November 1, 2023 |
| Copy of Passport DUE** | November 8, 2023 |
| Complete General Pre-Departure Orientation | November 10-December 1, 2023 |
| Flight Itinerary Details DUE** | December 1, 2023 |
*There will be specific periods for paying the deposit and registering for the course. You will only be able to take these actions within these time periods. Please check your deposit email and registration email for instructions on these processes.
**Your program may require earlier submission of passport details and flight itineraries, depending on contractual commitment for program arrangements. You will be advised if this is the case for your program.
SUMMER 2024 DEADLINES
The tentative administrative deadlines for Summer 2024 Faculty-Led Programs are listed below; deadlines will be finalized in October 2023. Please note that some programs may have slightly different deadlines depending on contractual commitment for program arrangements. All deadlines are subject to change.
