Known as the Emerald City, Seattle is the largest city in the Pacific Northwest. Seattle has played a critical role in American culture as the birthplace of grunge, home to the world famous Starbucks coffee, a hotbed for "green" technologies, and the location of more than 150 listings in the National Register of Historic Places. Make sure to bring an umbrella! On this program you'll:
  • Learn about Seattle's Native American culture (certain tribes have lived here for at least 4,000 years!)
  • Attend the annual French Fest and learn about many French speaking cultures
  • Visit the iconic Seattle Space Needle for breathtaking views of this beautiful city

Dates: March 24 - March 28
